It's understood  by the Word of God, the  spiritual food that  decreases the man who's ready to follow Jesus Christ without turning back in order God increases in him.
It is also the Power of God that imprisons every evil plan of darkness in order not to damage God's anointed. 
<< IN MEN WHO DO THE WILL OF GOD, THE WORD OF GOD IS DEFINED AS AN INEXHAUSTIBLE SOURCE THAT QUENCHES ALL THIRST, THAT BECOMES A FOUNTAIN OF FAITH THAT MOVES MOUNTAINS, ABLE TO EXTINGUISH   ALL THE FIERY DARTS OF THE WICKED ONE. THE WORD OF GOD BRINGS PEACE, BRINGS HEALING, FREES THE OPPRESSED MAN, RAISES THE FALLEN. >>
 This Power of the Word of God is summarized in a triangular rock whose 3 angles are: to inform, to form, to transform.

To inform: God through his Word warns us of the dangers that are to come, so that all his children can avoid them in time;the question is to know: How can a person become a child of God? And the answer is found in the bible:

<< But as many as received Him, to them He gave the [a]right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: >> John 1:12

To form: The Word of God teaches us, it forms us to walk under the light and not in darkness by means of his law; 

<< Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.  >> John 8:12

To transform: When man applies this training received from the word of God in his life, he receives from God, the Power of life transformation.

With the gospel, many have stopped being alcoholics, drug addicts and live a full life in Jesus Christ who through his Word brings us a new life.
